Zuba's will be at Rumpus this week. It's a cheese week in honor of Laura Leigh Christianson, LLC. It's her 30th bday this week and to honor that, bring your favorite cheese and/or cheese-related snack to share. I will bring a tangy cheese, like prairie breeze. And maybe some jalapeno Cheetos. Cheese dips are good too. Start thinking of your cheese name! I think mine's Cheeffy.

Wear your adventure clothes. Make sure to bring layers because we need to be prepared for any and all weather. Bring your memorable adventure stories and pictures. Bring a map of an adventure you did or one you are dreaming up. Bring your favorite adventure food. I'll have the JetBoil ready to make backpacker meals and a fire going for those little adventure hot pockets people make. Don't forget your spork, plate, and cup. If you need to check your tent or other equipment for an upcoming adventure, you can set it up in the yard.

Heyooo zubes. Advanced warning that (weather permitting) zuba's on July 14th will be a floatilla zuba's! So that means earlier than usual in the evening and some organization required. More info on where and exactly when forthcoming, but wanted to give you a heads up!
Also,  you don't need a kayak/ canoe...just something that floats reliably and can somehow get out a reasonable distance from shore.

Zuba's is at Rumpus this week. Injury themed. No one shall injure or get injured but show up looking like you're injured. Physical external injuries are preferred. Some of us are having the wild post-pandemic summer we dreamed of, and some of us are still a bit in a daze. Along with offering direct support to one another I would love for us to collectively think about ways we can better support one another's mental health within our community. Hoping to have a fire going in which we can write down and burn things we need to let go of and also set intentions for ourselves. Bring a NA offering or just your lovely self. It's okay to not be okay. Just be you.

Old skool valentine writing zubas this week. We’ll try to find a bunch of little mailboxes left over from years past or have envelopes to decorate. 
Write love notes (and sign em or not) for all your friends and tell em what you love about them. 
Slightly earlier start time just in case some folks really wanna come write some letters but can’t stay so late.

Oversized in just one way could be cool too, like a sweatshirt with arms that can roll up like a fruit by the foot or bubble tape. Or shorts with a waistband that could fit 2 people. Or a sock that could fit 2 people.

Hi! Zuba's at Rumpus tonight.  Dear Boyd has been in Duluth at the hospital with a ruptured appendix. In honor of him and his ruptured state, this week's theme is ruptured or appendix. So bring your rupturedness or appendix to zuba's this week and pour one out for Boyd. But please, if you are bringing a ruptured appendix, dont. Bring that to the hosptial. Immediately.
